Top chef who cooked for Hollywood A-listers at the Oscars, becomes Pareusi's newest ambassador.

It's with great excitement that we can reveal chef Elliot Grover of 45 Park lane by Wolfgang puck is our newest ambassador. Elliot who originally is also from Cornwall is creating waves within the culinary industry and has become an inspiration to many chefs in the process.

Elliot has worked all over and started learning his skills at St.Austell college, from then he moved onto the Ivy Covent Garden. With lots of hard graft he then established his career working alongside Mark Hix and Tim Hughes, He also worked at Le Caprice, before moving on to Scott’s in Mayfair, where he worked his way to sous chef and eventually landed the job of head chef at Hix Soho.

n 2018, Grover became head chef of The rather exclusive members club known as the Ned in London, where he oversaw the culinary on goings across multiple restaurants like Millie’s Lounge and Lutyens Grill.

Before becoming executive chef of 45 Park Lane he was also executive chef of the famous duck and waffle. Not only has he worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants around the uk, been featured in the evening standard and has appeared on James martins Saturday kitchen, but Most recently he had the honour of cooking for Hollywood stars at the world famous oscars awards.

The reason we thought it would form the perfect partnership is that both us at Pareusi and Elliott, are proud of our Cornish roots and want to prove to everyone that if you put in the preparation, continually persist with your ambition and use your passion for your craft to propel you forward, you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
