Owned by Annie Seabourne, who has worked in the Cornish fishing industry for over 40 years, s holds cookery classes specifically focused on fish. certian skills that you will learn are filletting, what to look for when choosing good produce and, if you're lucky she will also share her simple but delicious fish stock recepie. The course takes place at her beautiful cottage in mawnan smith, Cornwall and runs for a few hours throughout the week.









Big Green Egg Cooking

Join Our good Friend Ross Geach at Padstow kitchen garden for a masterclass on how to cook on a Big Green Egg. With previous years working for rick stein and in kitchens across Cornwall Ross will share his knowledge on how to get the very best out of your Big Green Egg. this class is set at his familys farm and has the most spectacular views over the camel estuary.


Ross also offers other experiences including one on how to grow better veg that includes a breakfast and delicious feast style lunch.



Gin making experience in cornwall

If you love a cheeky tipple now and then, but want to learn a bit more about the process of Gin making, Then this experience is perfect for you. Held at either their Padstow or St.ives shops you can spend your time crafting your very own custom flavoured gin.
