Service Description
On This experience you will get the oppurtunity to craft 4 beautiful steak knives at our beautiful workshop overlooking the rugged Cornish coastline. you will also have the option to choose your blade finish, along with handle material so that your set is unique to you. Top Michelin star restaurants around the world use Pareusi steak knives and now you can have the same at home. The day will start with a nice coffee from the cafe next door at 10:00 and finish at around 15:00. During the day you will learn about heat treating, create sparks on our grinder and get hands on with wood working as you shape your handles, we will then use some of the finest beeswax produced in the uk to create a beautiful finish that will draw out all the stunning grains and contrasts from the wood. After the knives are created Dan will then give you a one to one sharpening tuition on Japanese wet stones, so you can leave with the knowledge of how to keep your steak knives razor sharp.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Knife Sharpening Courses To ensure fair scheduling and preparation, all bookings for Pareusi knife sharpening courses are subject to the following terms: - **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least **48 hours prior** to the scheduled course time to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. - **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your booking once, provided notice is given more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed and may incur a fee. - **No-Shows**: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. - **Weather & Workshop Conditions**: In the rare event that Pareusi must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling. - **Booking Confirmation**: Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with details and preparation notes.
