Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Knife Sharpening Courses To ensure fair scheduling and preparation, all bookings for Pareusi knife sharpening courses are subject to the following terms: - **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least **48 hours prior** to the scheduled course time to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. - **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your booking once, provided notice is given more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed and may incur a fee. - **No-Shows**: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. - **Weather & Workshop Conditions**: In the rare event that Pareusi must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling. - **Booking Confirmation**: Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with details and preparation notes.
