This is our beautiful Pareusi classic mackerel edition. To us it reflects Cornwall and its fishing heritage. It also has a personal connection, as just below our workshop is a local fishing spot, where I used to catch mackerel as a youngster then bring it home and cook it for dinner. 
This kitchen knife is crafted by hand using 1095 high carbon steel from Sheffield and has a Rockwell of 58.
The handle is made from a beautiful African wood called Wenge, which has a richness similar to Dark chocolate. 
This is a great all round cooks knife with a 20cm blade length that makes any prep in the kitchen effortless.
