Led by former professional chef and founder Dan Maltwood, this hands-on workshop combines expert guidance with creative freedom, giving you the opportunity to design knives that reflect your style and taste.
Begin the day with a welcoming cup of coffee as Dan introduces the wide range of premium materials and finishes for your knives. Choose from exotic woods sourced globally, select your preferred handle shape, and pick pin details to complement the colors and contrasts of your chosen materials.
Once your design is finalised, you’ll get to work forging, shaping, and finishing your knives. Sparks will fly as you experience the satisfying process of turning your ideas into a stunning, fully functional set of steak knives.
Pareusi has crafted knives for Michelin-star restaurants, and after this experience, you’ll take home a completely bespoke set of 4 steak knives, handcrafted in Cornwall. This exclusive workshop is limited to just 3 participants per day for the remainder of 2025, ensuring a personalised, immersive experience.
