The Donachie

This is the Pareusi Donachie named after a good friend of ours it’s a Japanese santoku styled chefs knife with beautifully ground concaves along the spine which gives it a beautiful weight and helps prevent food sticking to the blade when in use.

The handle is polished African Blackwood which is an incredibly luxurious and exotic wood from you’ve guessed it Africa.
