Pareusi BBQ

On the 13th of June 2026, we are holding a BBQ, at the rose in vale country house hotel. it will be a day of feasting and fun, as we are also going to have a few games available to play,  along with a foodie quiz at the end. (Yes there will be prizes)
 
We will also have a small selection of knives available along with the very last few knife making experience vouchers. 
 
The menu.
 
Slow and smokey Chicken on the bone, charred baby gem and chorizo salad, with a hot honey dressing. 
Padron peppers, seasoned with Cornish Sea salt and toasted fennel seeds
 
Fresh salsa and gremolata
